摘  要:内蒙古额尔古纳污水处理厂采用CWSBR工艺进行生化处理。由于该厂地处寒冷地区,全年9个多月水温<12℃,并且进水污染物浓度较高(COD最高值可达869 mg/L,氨氮最高值可达143 mg/L,总磷最高值可达27.5 mg/L),通过常规活性污泥培养驯化方法,氨氮无法达到预期去除效果。针对以上情况,采用高密度接种和富集培养的活性污泥驯化方法对常规活性污泥培养方法进行整改,整改后出水水质稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)中的一级B标准,达到了预期处理效果。Eerguna Sewage Treatment Plant adopted CWSBR (Constant Water-level Sequencing Batch Reactor) technology for biochemical treatment. Because the plant is located in the cold area, the water temperature is below 12 ℃for more than nine months every year, and the maximum concentrations of COD, ammonia nitrogen and TP in the influent are 869 mg/L, 143 mg/L and 27.5 mg/L, respectively. The expected removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen could not be achieved by conventional cultivation and domestication of activated sludge. In view of the above situation, the domestication method of high density inoculation and enrichment cultivation was used to improve the conventional domestication method. After the improvement, the effluent quality could meet the first level B criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ( GB 18918 - 2002), and the expected removal efficiency was achieved.
