摘　　要：结合定性和定量分析方法构建珠三角自主创新能力衡量指标体系,利用目前比较流行的主成分分析方法进行综合指标合成,测算珠三角九市2009—2013年的自主创新能力得分并对其进行排名。自主创新效率问题往往为众多学者和决策者忽略,强调自主创新能力不仅要有绝对指标,而且要有相对指标,也就是自主创新的效率指标,利用数据包络分析法测算珠三角九市的创新效率得分并对其进行比较。Based on qualitative and quantitative analysis method,this paper constructs the independent innovation ability index system for the Pearl River Delta,and synthetizes them into a comprehensive index by the Principal Component Analysis which is popular at present. Then we measure independent innovation ability score and the ranking of the nine cities in Pearl River Delta from 2009 to 2013. In addition,independent innovation efficiency is often ignored by many scholars and policy- makers. This paper emphasizes that independent innovation ability should not only have the absolute index but also include the relative index,i. e. the efficiency index,and we measure and compare the innovation efficiency score by using data envelopment analysis method.
