摘 要:从城市创新支撑、投入、产出和反馈能力4个维度构建皖江城市带城市创新能力评价指标体系,运用级数突变法对综合创新能力进行定量测评分析。研究结论表明:合肥和芜湖各项城市创新能力处在较高水平,而其它城市的各项创新能力存在差异,部分城市创新能力整体较弱。依据研究结论,从建立创新体系、培育创新多极、形成核心城市辐射与区域城市联动发展机制、寻求产业转型升级以及科学把握创新投入、产出效应等方面给出了对策。The paper constructs the evaluation index system of comprehensively innovative capacity in the industrial transfer demonstration area of the cities along the Yangtze River in Anhui Province. The paper,based on the Series Catastrophe Theory,evaluates the comprehensive innovation ability of regional city quantitatively. The research indicates the comprehensively innovative capacity of Hefei and Wuhu at a high level,and other city’ s innovative capacity exist difference,some at a medium level. The paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the innovative capacity of the cities based on the establishment of innovation system,such as cultivating more innovative plots,forming the core city radiation and regional city linkage development mechanism,seeking the upgrading of the industrial transformation and scientific effect on the innovation input and output,which provide a new perspective and reference for the related research.
