优化政府补贴效率的信息化管理研究与应用——以高安市生猪良种补贴项目为例

摘　　要：政府补贴落实到位依赖于补贴的高效率管理,高效率管理需要信息化的支持。信息化管理是在基础性工作的前提下,通过软件开发实施的有效管理,进而优化政府补贴效率,其目标是实现可视化管理、过程管理和自动化管理。以高安市生猪良种补贴项目为例,将政府补贴效率优化管理推至信息化的高度,弥补政府补贴管理相关研究的不足,进一步完善补贴管理理论,进而为补贴实践提供借鉴和指导。The full implementation of government subsidies depends on the highly efficient management of subsidies,which needs the support of information management. Information management,based on the fundamental work,means the effective management via the development of software,thus optimizing the efficiency of government subsidies,whose goal is to realize the visual management,process management and automation management. Taking subsidies for pigs in Gao an for example,this study pushes the efficiency- optimization management of government subsidies to the information management level so as to make up for the inadequacy of government subsidies management in the related study and further perfect the subsidy management theory,which will provide reference and guidance for subsidy practices.
