不同溶剂对30%噻苯隆油悬浮剂吸收速率和药效的影响

摘  要:[目的]通过棉花叶片吸收速率、棉花脱叶率、吐絮率试验,筛选出较好的噻苯隆溶剂。[方法]溶剂采用液相色谱法对棉叶上噻苯隆的残留量进行测定,以及通过田间药效试验测定棉花的脱叶率、吐絮率等。[结果]油悬浮剂对棉叶的吸收速率、棉花脱叶率、吐絮率都高于可湿性粉剂;在含不同溶剂的30%噻苯隆油悬浮剂中,含油酸甲酯和有机硅溶剂的效果最好。[结论]推荐在30%噻苯隆油悬浮剂中加入油酸甲酯和有机硅溶剂。[Aims] The solvent ofthidiazuron was screened through the test of the absorption velocity on cotton leaves, the defoliation rate and boll opening rate on cotton. [Methods] The thidiazuron residues in cotton leaves were determined by liquid chromatography, the defoliation rate and boll opening rate of cotton were determined by field experiment. [Results] The absorption velocity of oil miscible flowable concentrate on cotton leaves, the defoliation rate and boll opening rate on cotton were higher than that of wettable powder. For thidiazuron 30% OF, the effect of oleic acid methyl ester and organic silicon solvent was the best. [Conclusions] It is recommend that oleic acid methyl ester and organic silicon solvent can be added to thidiazuron 30% OF.
