摘 要:[目的]探讨25%嘧菌酯悬浮剂人参施用后对叶片抗氧化酶系(超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氧酶)活性的影响。[方法]以田间5年生人参为试验对象,设高剂量、低剂量和对照3个处理,采集不同生长时期叶片进行测定分析。[结果]在嘧菌酯的作用下,人参叶片中的叶绿素、可溶性蛋白含量均较对照有显著增加,超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶活性均有所提高,丙二醛含量显著减少,其中以高剂量(225 g a.i./hm2)处理效果最为显著。[结论]喷施嘧菌酯可显著影响人参植株的生理特性,增强抗逆性,减缓人参叶片衰老,并为进一步研究嘧菌酯对人参植株抗衰老现象提供一定的理论依据。[Aims] Field experiments were conducted to study the effects of azoxystrobin 25% SC on activities of anti-oxidant enzymes included superoxide dismutase and catalase in ginseng leaves. [Methods] Five-year old ginseng was used as experimental samples, and field experiments were conducted with three treatments including low dose, high dose and control. Ginseng leaves in different growth stages were collected and detected. [Results] The activities of superoxide dismutase and catalase in azoxystrobin-treated ginseng leaves were higher than those in control samples. The contents of chlorophyll and soluble protein in azoxystrobin-treated leaves were significantly increased compared with control samples. The content ofmalondialdehyde in azoxystrobin-treated leaves was significantly lower than control samples. As the dose of azoxystrobin was 225 g a.i./ha, the effects were more significant. [Conclusions] Azoxystrobin plays the role of delaying senescence of ginseng leaves by improving physiological characteristic and stress resistance. The theoretical basis for the further study of anti-aging effect of azoxystrobin was provided.
