摘　　要：目的对多台血细胞分析仪进行校准和比对,以确保本实验室内不同品牌血细胞分析仪对同一标本的检测结果具有可比性。方法以Sysmex2100血细胞分析仪对新鲜血定值,然后对另外3台血细胞分析仪进行校准,按照美国国家临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)的要求,每日随机选取高、中、低值临床标本8份,分别用以上3台血细胞分析仪测定WBC、RBC、HGB、PLT、MCV、HCT,各仪器均采用手动模式对每份标本连续测定2次,连续测定5 d,共40份样本,进行偏差评估,并作散点图、建立回归方程和计算相关系数。结果 Sysmex XE-2100、2台HORIBA ABX-DX120、迈瑞BC-5800测定结果偏差均在可接受范围内,相关性好(r2≥0.95)。结论通过校准和比对,本实验室4台不同品牌的血细胞分析仪检测结果具有可比性,均可为临床提供准确可靠的结果。Objective To calibrate a number of blood cell analyzers and make comparison among them in order to ensure the comparability of the testing results for the same sample detected by the different brands of analyzers. Methods Sysmex2100 blood cell analyzer was used to evaluate the fresh blood. The other three blood cell analyzers were calibrated. According to the requirements of the US Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards （NCCLS）, 8 samples with high, medium, and low value were randomly selected daily to detect WBC, RBC, HGB, PLT, MCV, and HCT by the three blood cell analyzers. Those machines were manipulated in manual mode to test every sample twice for continuous 5 days. Totally 40 samples were tested received the deviation evaluation. Scatterplot was drawn, and regression equation was established. Correlation coefficient was calculated. Results The deviation of the testing results by Sysmex XE-2100, two HORIBA ABX-DX120, and Mindray BC-5800 was within the tolerance interval, and the correlation was good （r2≥0.95）. Conclusion Through the calibration and comparison, there is certain comparability of the testing results by the four analyzers of different brands. All provide accurate and rehable results for the chnic.
