摘  要:目的观察在围手术期患者中,利用宣传画册开展术前访视宣传教育,对减轻患者的术前焦虑、术中恐惧、提高手术成功率的效果。方法对2013年5月~2014年5月收治的384例患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,实验组采用我院自制的宣传画册指导方式进行术前访视和评估;对照组采用常规方式进行术前访视,对两组的患者满意度、手术认知度进行比较。结果实验组的患者满意度、手术认知度均明显提高。结论围手术期患者对术前访视宣传画册的可接受性高,有助于提高患者的手术认知度和治疗依从性,术后配合好,恢复快,明显减少了护患沟通的矛盾。Objective To observe the effects of preoperative interview propaganda education through the publicity brochures on the remission of patients' preoperative anxiety and perioperative fear and the improvement of the surgery success rate. Methods 384 patients hospitalized between May 2013 and May 2014 were randomly divided into control and experimental groups. The experimental group received the preoperative interview and assessment through the self-made publicity brochures. The control group received the conventional preoperative visits. Comparison was made in the satisfaction rates and the recognition of operation between the two groups. Results The satisfaction rates and the recognition of operation in the experimental group were all significantly improved. Conclusion Perioperative patients have a high acceptability toward the publicity brochure for preoperative interview, which can improved the understanding and compliance of the operation. And the patients have better postoperative cooperation and more rapid recovery. The communication contradiction between the nurses and the patients is obviously decreased.
