摘  要:以哈萨克斯坦某高岭土矿为研究对象,通过偏光显微镜、XRD、化学成分和扫描电镜(SEM)等测试手段对该矿进行了系统研究。结果表明:该矿主要由高岭石、石英和白云母(水化白云母)组成,高岭石结晶度较高,主要富集在细粒级;高岭石叠片间结构松散,单片较多;淘洗率较高,-5μm和-2μm粒级的淘洗率分别达到了29.06%和18.33%,仅仅通过简单的分级,-20μm各粒级就可达到橡塑、搪瓷、陶瓷和涂料等工业用二级以上标准;该矿石总体质量较好,经加工提纯后有望在造纸行业上应用。By testing methods of polarized light microscopy, XRD, chemical analysis and scanning electron microscopy,the paper research the characteristics of the kaolin mine from Kazakhstan. The results showed that the main mineral compositions of the mine were kaolinite, quartz and mica (hydration muscovite). Kaolinite had a high crystallinity and mainly enriched in the fine fraction. The kaolinite was loose between kaolinite laminations and had more sheets. It had a high washingrate, the washingrate of - 5μm and -2μm reached 29.06% and 18.33% ,respectively. Only after grading,the product of -20μm met the requirement of standard Level 2 or above in industries, such as rubber, plastics, enamel, ceramics and coatings. The overall quality of the mine was high, it could be applied in paper industry after purify.
