轴流式井下旋流油水分离器压降比性能研究

摘　　要：在室内试验装置上对轴流式井下旋流油水分离器的压降比性能开展了相关试验研究。试验结果表明,压降比仅与分流比相关,与入口流量、入口含油率(<20%)、导流片结构无关;压降比与分流比的关系呈指数关系而非线性的。研究结果对新型油水分离器的工程设计和实际井下应用的自动控制具有重要意义。An experimental investigation about the pressure drop ratio of down-hole axial oil-water separation cyclone was made. The result shows that the pressure drop ratio relied only on the split ratio instead of the inlet flow, oil content or the guide vane＇ structure. Besides, the relation between the pressure drop ratio and split ratio is exponential relationship rather than linear. The research results have an important significance to the design and automatic control when using in down-hole.
