摘　　要：【目的】作者队伍的建设是提升科技期刊质量和学术影响力的重要方法之一。【方法】依托官方微信的优点,介绍了官方微信的建立和维护方法。【结果】结合多家期刊的办刊实践,通过增加作者对期刊的依赖度、助力作者跟踪学科前沿、加速青年作者的成长和作者队伍的扩大等举措,可以促进期刊作者队伍的建设。【结论】科技期刊在官方微信的建立和维护过程中,可以调动作者的积极性来共同完成,同时依托官方微信的构建,加大对作者队伍的进一步完善建设,形成良性循环。[ Purposes] The construction of the author team is one important method for improving the quality of scientific journals and academic influence. [ Methods ] This paper introduced the official WeChat establishment and maintenance relying on the advantage of the official WeChat. [ Findings] Combining the practice of running various kinds of journals, increasing the authors＇ dependence on the periodicals, helping the author tracking academic frontiers and accelerating the growth of young authors and expanding the author team can enhance the construction of the journal author team. [ Conclusions ] In the process of the establishment and maintenance the official WeChat, scientific and technical periodicals can arouse the enthusiasm of the author to do things together, and at the same time, relying on the official WeChat can increase the author team to further perfect the construction, and form a virtuous circle.
