摘　　要：介绍了赤几马拉博城网工程的供电接地系统,分析了TN-C-S系统与TT系统在特殊环境中的结合应用,并对PEN线是否重复接地进行了讨论,供相关设计参考。The grounded system of power supply in electric network in the city of Malabo, Equatorial Guinea is described, the combined application of TN-C-S system and TT system in specific environment is analyzed, and the problem that whether multiple grounding for PEN line is needed is discussed for the reference of concerning design.
