新型农村社区农户生态满意度影响因素分析——以整村推进示范区“大柱新村”为例

摘　　要：基于结构方程模型构建农户生态满意度模型,定量分析各变量对农户生态满意度的影响程度.结果表明:各外生潜变量对农户生态满意度的影响差异明显,其中农户对住宅特性的认知影响最大,农户自身特性及农户对公共空间特性、社区周边环境特性、政府行为的认知影响次之;农户自身特性对其余4个外生潜变量影响显著;外生观测变量中行道树功能、清洁能源使用情况、住宅内部空间布局对农户生态满意度的影响非常明显.农户生态满意度模型对于测度农户主观感知具有较强的适用性,其结果既诠释了农户"自下而上"需求,也为政府及规划者突显农户主体地位的"自上而下"规划提供了理论指导.Based on structural equation model, farmers＇ residential eco-satisfaction model has been con- structed in this paper to analyze the influence of each variable on farmers＇ residential satisfaction quantita- tively. The results show that the influence of each exogenous latent variables on farmers＇ residential eco- satisfaction are different, where the influence of farmers＇ perception of residential characteristics is the greatest, farmers＇ characteristics, farmers＇ perception of public space characteristics, surroundings charac- teristics, government action followed; farmers＇ characteristics affect the remaining four exogenous latent variables significantlyl in exogenous observed variables,the influences of trees, clean energy use, residen- tial interior space layout are very obvious on farmers＇ residential eco-satisfaction. Farmers＇ residential eco- satisfaction model has strong applicability for ecological measure subjective perception of farmers, not only explaining the farmers ‘bottom-up＇ needs, but also providing theoretical guidance for the government and planners to highlight the dominant position of the farmers ＂top-down＂.
