摘　　要：It seems that the US.-Cuban relations have entered the fast-track with a recent series of interactions between the long estranged neighbors. Last December, U.S. President Barack Obama and Cuban President Ra01 Castro ushered in a new era of normalization for U.S.- Cuban relations.
