摘　　要：自来水行业价格管制是政府的一项基本职能。2010年以来自来水行业价格管制的研究文献涵盖了价格管制理念、定价模式、管制内容、管制体制等方面的成就和问题,对自来水行业价格管制改革中的市场机制、民主法治和管制机构完善等方面思考更为深刻。未来学者们将会彰显对公众利益的切实体现与保障、管制权力重新分配与市场机制强化后的绩效评估等方面的学术关切。The price regulation of tap water industry is a basic government function.The research literature of price regulation in tap water industry cover the achievements and problems of price regulation concepts,pricing modes,regulation contents,regulation system etc..These research have more deeply thoughts on market mechanism,democracy and the rule of law,perfecting regulation agencies in the price regulation reform of tap water industry.In the future research of price regulation in tap water industry,the scholars will manifest the academic concern of the embodiment and guarantee of public interest,the redistribution of regulation powers and the performance evaluation of enhancing market mechanism.
