摘　　要：当代大学生知识产权文化素养高低与国家知识产权战略的实施以及软实力的提升息息相关.知识产权文化素养包括知识产权文化意识、行为选择和情感需求三个方面.当前大学生知识产权文化素养整体状况不容乐观,存在着知识产权文化意识薄弱、行为选择滞后等问题.应该充分发挥政府的战略主导作用、高校的教育管理服务作用以及大学生自身的主体作用,努力培育和提升大学生的知识产权文化素养.The literacy accomplishment of the students will directly affect the implementation of the na-tional intellectual property strategy and the ascension of soft power.The literacy accomplishment of the students includes awareness of intellectual property、benhavior choice and emotional needs.University students＇consciousness of intellectual property in general is not optimistic,such as weak intellectual property culture consciousness,behavior selection problems,but their emotional needs is relatively strong.Therefore,the leading role of government＇s strategy、the main channel of university classroom teaching and college students＇ autonomous role should be fully displayed in order to cultivate and improve college students＆#39;literacy accomplishment.
