摘 要:由于突发性水环境污染事件没有固定的污染源和排放途径,一旦发生,来势凶猛,这就迫使有关部门要提高突发性水环境污染事件的应急处置能力。阐述了大宁水库潜在污染源、污染风险以及现有预防措施,并针对大宁水库运行期间如何预防和应对突发性水环境事件,提出引进物联网技术、建立应急处置机制等若干建议。In recent years, significant emergencies of water environmental pollution have repeatedly occurred in China, causing serious losses to the people's life and national property. Without fixed pollution souses and discharge paths, once water environmental pollution event occurs, it is ferocious. This requires authorities to enhance the ability to deal with emergencies of water ecological pollution. This article elaborates potential pollution sources, pollution risks as well as the existing preventive measures for Daning reservoir.To prevent and deal with unexpected water environment incidents during the reservoir operation period, we proposed some suggestions, such as introducing networking technology, establishing emergency handling mechanism and so on.
