摘　　要：目前我国水利水电工程所采用的价差预备费计算方法是根据复利计算思想,采用固定不变的概算编制年综合物价指数进行计算的;由于该方法并没有考虑物价各年变化的差异性,使得价差预备费的计算存在较大的误差。以灰色理论为基础,建立了新的价差预备费计算公式,以提高预备费计算的准确性。the ideas tendering.
