摘　　要：雨水控制利用是缓解城市用水紧张和防洪排涝压力的有效手段。结合北京大兴生物医药产业基地华润医药产业园建设,分析总结了城市雨水特点,并对雨水控制利用模式进行了探讨,通过屋顶绿化、透水铺装、下凹式绿化及集雨池等措施设计,可实现项目区内的雨水收集、利用微循环,从而产生良好的生态效益、经济效益和社会效益,为同类工程雨水控制利用提供了借鉴参考。Controlling and utilizing stormwater is an effective means for alleviating storm drainage pressure and water demand stress by taking a project in Daxing Biological and Pharmaceutical Industrial Base as an example, the paper summarized and analyzed the characteristics of urban stormwater, and studied controlling and utilization mode. According to the sign of roof greening, permeable pavement, under concave greening and rain harvesting pool, the mode can realize the microcirculation of rainwater collection and utilization in the project area and have better benefits of society, economy and ecology. It has important significance for the similar project in the same region.
