摘 要:针对传统羊毛防毡缩整理工艺存在AOX环境污染问题,以自制的反应性阳离子交联改性剂WLS和阳离子明胶蛋白为原料制备出一种不含卤素的蛋白类羊毛防毡缩整理剂,将其应用于羊毛纤维的整理加工中,通过对羊毛防毡缩性能的评定,优化出了合成条件,其为:M(明胶蛋白)∶M(WLS)=1∶10,Na OH用量为1.60%(对阳离子交联剂WLS的质量百分数),合成温度80℃,合成时间3 h。结果表明:该合成整理剂与亚硫酸钠联合使用,可有效改善羊毛纤维的防毡缩性能。In view of AOX which was yielded by the traditional wool anti-felting finishing technology and caused serious environmental pollution, reactive cationic crosslinking modifier WLS(homemade) and cationic gelatin protein as raw material were used to synthesis a series of protein wool finishing agent. After assessing the anti-felting performance of wool and the best finishing agent synthesis conditions was optimized: M(protein):M(WLS) =1: 10, dosage of NaOH was 1.60% under 80 ℃synthesis for 3 h. It can be seen that the anti felting properties of wool fiber were improved effectively after finishing by the synthesis of finishing agent and sodium sulfite.
