摘　　要：介绍XLA弹性纤维的结构与优良特性,从实践角度阐述羊毛/XLA面料产品的开发思路、规格设计、各工序工艺参数及生产技术要点.指出：要注意控制经、纬纱的弹性回缩,织缩率控制在18％以下;XLA纤维耐热和耐酸碱性,使其漂练和染色工艺可进行多种选择,且加工过程比氨纶织物容易控制.对该类弹性面料的摩擦、皂洗、熨烫等色牢度及织物强度等性能进行测试,染色牢度的各项指标大都在4～5级.羊毛/XLA弹力免烫面料的成功开发丰富了毛精纺面料的品种.This paper introduced the structure and characters of XLA fiber as well as the developing way of product specifications, design parameter of various processes and technical keys in producing XLA elastic wool fabric. Warp and weft shrinkage should be less than 18 percent while weaving. The XLA fiber has good resistance to heat, acid and alkali, so the fabric has many procoessing choice of dyeing and finishing. The elastic fabric＇s color fastness almost is 4 -5 grade and the fabric has good strength. The successful production of this fabric can widen the worsted fabric production.
