摘　　要：文章阐述了利用进口洗毛设备洗毛及注意事项,70支羊毛制条过程中的工艺控制及生产过程中检测及成品毛条检测的操作要点,重点讲述了检测的操作过程,将检测结果反馈车间进行工艺调整以达到客户要求,提高毛条的质量和产量。利用TEAM2公式对制条过程中成品毛条纤维的长度和长度离散进行预测,并运用预测结果对实际生产指标进行监控和评估,以便掌握原毛品质和毛条质量间的内在关系,对选购原毛具有针对性,可降低制条成本,取得良好的经济效益。Scouring process and key points using imported scouring equipments, producing process of Australia 70s wool tops and operating points of the producing inspection and top inspection were presented. In addition, it was emphasized that the inspecting results based on the operating process were feedback to producing room to improve the process adjustment and increase top quality and quantity. Meanwhile, the wool length and length dispersion during making tops were predicted by TEAM2 formulation to control and evaluate producing indexes. Base on the predicting results, the internal relationship between the wool character and the top quality could be controlled to be aimed to get wool purchase and decrease producing cost and obtain the best economic benefit.
