摘 要:将超声-双氧水技术应用于羊毛纤维前处理、染色和后整理的加工处理中,分析超声技术对双氧水分解率的影响,以及超声-双氧水技术对羊毛纤维白度、断裂强度、润湿性、防毡缩性和染色性的作用。结果表明,超声波处理有助于双氧水分解率的提高,利于羊毛的漂白、染色及防毡缩整理。双氧水用于羊毛前处理中,提高了羊毛的白度,羊毛-双氧水漂白能耗和羊毛损伤降低,润湿性、防毡缩性能、上染百分率明显提高。The application of ultrasonic-hydrogen peroxide technology is used in wool fabric processing. It analyeses the influence of ultrasonic technology decomposition rate of hydrogen peroxide, ultrasonic-hydrogen peroxide technology on wool fabric whiteness, breaking strength, wettability, anti felting property and dyeing ability. The experimental results show that ultrasound is helpful to improve the rate of decomposition of hydrogen peroxide, to reduce the energy consumption and the damage of wool with hydrogen peroxide bleaching, wettability, anti felting property, dyeing percentage increased obviously.
