摘  要:以云烟87为材料,采用田间试验,研究了不同钾肥品种对烤烟生长发育和生理生化特性的影响。结果表明,硝酸钾处理烟株在整个生长过程中表现出较强的旺长趋势;柠檬酸钾处理下烟叶前期的光合作用最强,生长后期,柠檬酸钾和硫酸钾处理下烟叶光合速率明显下降,这有利于烟株前期的干物质积累和后期的适时成熟;生育前期,硝酸钾处理烟叶硝酸还原酶活性较高,生长后期,3个处理硝酸还原酶活性均降低,但柠檬酸钾处理硝酸还原酶活性降到很低水平,这有利于烟株后期适时落黄成熟。总体而言,3个处理中均以柠檬酸钾的效果最好。A tobacco variety Yunyan 87 was used to study the effects of different potassium fertilizers on growth and physiological and biochemical characteristics of flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that the treatment of KNO3 in the whole growth period of tobacco promoted a strong growth trend. The tobacco in the potassium citrate treatment had a strongest photosynthesis at the early growth stage, and then the photosynthetic rate decreased significantly in the K2SO4 and potassium citrate treatments in the later periods, which was conducive to the accumulation of dry matter of tobacco in the early growth and timely maturity in the later development. The KNO3 treatment had a higher leaf nitrate reductase activity in the early growth stage, nitrate reductase activity of all the three treatments decreased significantly in the late growth stage, especially in potassium citrate treatments, it decreased to a very low level, and this promoted tobacco maturely in time. Overall, the potassium citrate was the optimal in all the three treatments.
