摘  要:在环氧树脂复合泡沫塑料中加入纳米SiO2,测试了纳米SiO2改性后复合泡沫塑料的击穿性能和50Hz时的介电性能,结果表明:纳米SiO2对复合泡沫塑料交直流下的击穿性能影响不大,复合泡沫塑料的介电常数、介质损耗角正切值都随纳米SiO2的增加而增加;纳米SiO2改性后复合泡沫塑料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率随纳米SiO2含量的增加而减小,弹性模量随纳米SiO2含量的增加而增加。SiO2 nanofillers were mixed to the liquid, uncured epoxy resin during the manufacturing process before the hollow microspheres were added. Breakdown and dielectric properties at 50 Hz of epoxy resin based syntactic foam were tested. The results showed that nano-SiO2 had little effect on the breakdown performance of epoxy resin based syntactic foam under AC and DC. Dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent of the composite foam were increased with the increasing of nano-SiO2 content. Tensile strength and elongation at break were decreased with the increase of nano-SiO2 content. E-modulus was increased with the increasing of the content of nano-SiO2.
