摘  要:以四羟甲基硫酸磷和三聚氰胺为原料,合成了大分子含磷-氮阻燃剂三聚氰胺四亚甲基硫酸膦齐聚物(MTMPSO),利用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)及13C、31P固体核磁(13C、31P NMR)对其结构进行了表征。将MTMPSO与聚磷酸铵(APP)复配得到的膨胀阻燃体系(IFR)添加到聚乙烯(PE)中制备成阻燃型PE材料(IFR-PE),研究了材料的阻燃性能和热降解行为。实验结果表明:当IFR添加量为32%时,IFR-PE可通过UL-94 V-0级,极限氧指数(LOI)达到26%。热重分析(TGA)测试表明:800℃时,IFR-PE残炭量为23.4%,表明阻燃剂的添加提高了材料的成炭性能。Melamine tetramethylene phosphonium sulfate oligomer (MTMPSO) was synthesized successfully using tetrakis hydroxymethyl phosphonium sulfate (THPS) and melamine. The structure of MTMPSO was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) , 13C and 31p nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (13C and 31p NMR). As intumescent flame retardant (IFR) , MTMPSO and APP were added into PE, and the flame retardancy and thermal degradation of IFR-PE system were researched. The results demonstrated that when the loading of IFR was 32% , IFR-PE system passed UL-94 V-0 rating, and its limited oxygen index (LOI) reached 26%. TGA indicated that compared with pure PE, the char residue increased from 1.4% to 23.4% at 800 ℃ , which indicated that MTMPSO could promote the char formation of PE.
