光盘注射压缩模具设计

摘　　要：对光盘制品三维结构进行绘制并对其进行工艺性分析;运用UG软件的Mold Wizard模块对光盘注射压缩模具进行设计,并重点剖析了一些关键结构。该模具的主要特点是采用锥形主流道和环形浇口,冷却系统布局较适宜,采用气动脱模,加之可以自动脱浇口,因而可以实现全自动连续生产。运用模流分析软件Moldflow进行了仿真模拟,保证了产品成型质量。Three dimensional structure of CD was drawed and the manufacturability was analysised. The CD injection- compression mold was designed by using MoldWizard module of UG software, and some key structures were mainly analyzed. The main characteristics of the mould were taper mainstream way and the ring gate, and the cooling system layout was more appropriate, adopting pneumatic demoulding, and could automatically take off a gate, thus could realize automatic continuous production. It ensured the quality of the product formation using the simulation software Moldflow for mold flow analysis.
