“一路一带”背景下中国与阿盟的经贸合作

摘　　要：中阿经贸合作由来已久。2010年"中阿经贸合作论坛"的成立为中阿经贸合作提供了平台,目前"一路一带"战略更加突出了中阿经贸合作的重要性。首先分析了中阿之间的经济关联特点,认为石油贸易是中阿之间最重要的合作渠道,旅游等其他领域也存在良好的合作前景。之后,分析了中阿经贸合作之间存在的贸易账户不平衡、贸易结构不合理以及地区冲突对中阿贸易的影响等问题。最后提出通过"一路一带"战略的实施,树立长远利益观,解决中阿贸易账户不平衡和贸易结构不合理等问题,推动中阿经贸关系良性发展的政策建议。Bilateral trade and economic cooperation between China and Arab League has a long history. In 2010 the opening of ＂Sino-Arab Trade and Economic Cooperation Forum＂ provides a platform for bilateral economic and trade cooperation between China and Arab League, which has been even more highlighted by the current strategy of ＂One Road One Belt＂. This paper first analyzes the characteristics of the economic connection between China and Arab League, contending that oil trade is one of the most important Sino-Ar- ab cooperation channels, and in other fields such as tourism co-operation also has a bright future; it then proceeds to analyze problems faced by China-Arab states economic and trade co-operations, such as trade account imbalance, irrational trade structure, and regional conflicts. It is suggested that the strategic fulfillment of ＂One Road One Belt＂ depends on the solution of current problems in discussion and the establishment of a long-term, healthy, and profitable relationship between China and Arab League.
