摘　　要：介绍了基于高速摄像机的V极面智能交流接触器三维动态特性测试装置。应用该装置对不同合闸相角下的V极面智能交流接触器动态过程进行全方位的测试,在大量测试数据的基础上对V极面智能交流接触器的动态特性进行深入分析,应用ANSYS软件对V极面智能交流接触器的吸力特性进行仿真计算,并与平极面智能交流接触器进行分析比较,得出V极面智能交流接触器性能的优越性。Introduced the three dynamic characteristics testing device of a V pole face intelligent AC contactor which was based on a high-speed camera. Applied the device to test comprehensive dynamic processes of the V pole face intelligent AC contactor under different closing phase angle, the in-depth analysis on the dynamic characteristics of V pole face of intelligent AC contactor was based on a large number of testing data. Application of ANSYS software to simulate the suction of the V pole face intelligent AC contactor and then analyzed with the fiat pole face intelligent AC contactor, the superiority of the V pole face intelligent AC contactor was cocluded.
