摘　　要：移动式储能装置可用于电力系统移动应急供电,具有良好的适应性、经济性及环保性;可调节变压器的输出功率,稳定节点电压水平以及削峰填谷,主要介绍了移动式储能装置的充放电控制策略,包括电池组的能量均衡控制和PCS双向变流器的控制。Movable energy storage device can be used to power system for emergency power supply. It has good adaptability, economy and environmental protection. It can adjust the output power of the transformer, and stable node voltage level, as well as load shifting. This article mainly describes charge and discharge control strategy of movable energy storage device, including the energy balance control of battery pack and PCS bi-directional converter control.
