摘 要:为探明早开堇菜(Viola prionantha)的抗旱机理与抗旱性,为其园林应用及干旱条件下植被恢复提供理论依据,采用盆栽控水法,与黑麦草(Lolium perenne)进行比较,对干旱胁迫下2种植物的叶绿素含量、细胞膜透性、丙二醛、游离脯氨酸、超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化物酶活性等指标进行测定。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫程度加深,2种植物的叶绿素含量均呈下降趋势,早开堇菜下降持续时间较长,降幅较大,而黑麦草下降趋势相对较平缓,降幅较小;细胞膜透性与丙二醛含量均呈上升趋势,早开堇菜开始急剧增加的时间均晚于黑麦草;超氧化物歧化酶活性呈先上升后下降趋势,早开堇菜开始下降时间晚于黑麦草,且变化幅度较黑麦草大;游离脯氨酸含量早开堇菜呈上升趋势,而黑麦草呈先急剧上升后缓慢下降趋势;过氧化物酶活性黑麦草呈上升趋势,而早开堇菜呈先上升后下降趋势。结论:早开堇菜与黑麦草相比,具有较强的抗旱性。The Chlorophyll content, cell membrane permeability, MDA content, free proline content, SOD activity and POD activity of V. prionantha and L. perenne under drought stress were compared by pot water-control method to study the drought resistance and drought-resistant mechanism of V. [rionantha and to provide the theoretical basis for its landscape application and vegetation recovery under drought condition. Rsults. The Chlorophyll content of V. prionantha and L. perenne presents a declining trend with increase of drought stress degree, and the declining duration of V. prionantha is longer with a great reduction range but the declining trend of L. perenne is gentle with a less reduction range relatively. The cell membrane permeability and MDA content of V. prionantha and L. perenne both show a rising trend and its rapid increase time of V. prionantha is later than L. perenne. The SOD activity of V. prionantha and L. perenne both present a first rising and then declining trend and the reduction time of V. prionantha is later than L. perenne. The free proline content of V. prionantha and L. perenne shows a rising trend and a first rapid increase and then slow declining treand separately. The POD activity of V. prionantha and L. perenne presents a first rising and then declining trend and a rising trend respectively. In conclusion, the drought resistance of V. prionantha is higher than L. perenne.
