摘 要:为干旱地区延后栽培葡萄生产中水分优化利用提供科学依据,在葡萄不同生长期设置土壤含水率下限进行调亏灌溉,研究调亏灌溉对延后设施栽培葡萄耗水变化及外观品质的影响。结果表明:不同水分亏缺处理土壤水分随土层深度的增加均呈缓慢增加趋势;葡萄萌芽期至着色成熟期,各生育期耗水量总体呈上升→下降→上升→下降的变化趋势,葡萄全生育期耗水强度变化规律与耗水量类似。各处理在萌芽期耗水强度为0.16-0.98mm/d;果实横径膨大率依次为ES〉FS〉PS〉CS〉GS〉CK,果实纵径膨大率依次为ES〉FS〉PS〉CS〉GS〉CK,果形指数各处理均小于对照CK,且与CK之间不存在显著性差异。The soil water content at different growth stage of grape was controlled according to the lower limit of the designed soil water content to study the effects of regulated deficit irrigation on water consumption and exterior quality of grape under the delayed cultivation condition and to provide the scientific basis for optimal utilization of water in grape drought areas. Results. The soil moisture represents a cultivation under the delayed cultivation condition in slow rising trend with increase of soil depth under different water deficit irrigation. Water consumption of grape from germination stage to coloring maturity stage shows a rising-declining-rising-declining trend overall. The variation regularity of water consumption intensity of grape during total growth period is similar to water consumption. The water consumption intensity of different treatments is 0. 16-0.98 mm/d at germination stage. The expansion rate of grape transverse diameter and grape vertical diameter of different treatments both are ES〉FS〉PS〉CS)GS〉 CK.
