摘  要:为了给喀斯特地区种植云烟97提供技术参考,研究不同比例有机氮肥对其生长发育的影响。结果表明:在移栽后30d和45d,叶片氮素含量30%有机氮肥处理的比70%有机氮肥处理的显著性提高,涨幅分别为17.88%和19.18%,与对照(纯化肥)处理无明显差异;移栽后90d,30%有机氮肥处理的烟叶氮素含量降幅明显低于纯化肥处理;移栽后60-90d,30%有机氮肥处理烟株的鲜、干物质含量分别比纯化肥的处理增加10.78%和14.62%,差异达显著水平。结论:喀斯特地区种植云烟97,烟叶旺长时期从移栽后60d左右开始,移栽后60-90d是烟叶鲜、干物质积累的重要时期;增施30%的有机氮肥有利于提高烟叶生长前期的氮素含量,维持中、后期生长,整个生育期烟株生长发育表现良好。To provide the technical reference for planting Yunyan97 in karst region, the effects of different proportions organic nitrogen on growth and development of Yunyan97 were studied. Results: The nitrogen content in tobacco leaves of 30% organic nitrogen treatment was enhanced by 17. 88% and 19.18% respectively compared with 70% nitrogen treatment 30 d and 45 d after transplanted, while had no significant difference with the control (pure chemical fertilizer); 90 d after transplanted, the nitrogen content in tobacco leaves of 30 % organic nitrogen treatment decreased significantly and was lower than the pure chemical fertilizer treatment; 60-90 d after transplanted, the fresh and dry weight of tobacco plants of 30% organic nitrogen treatment was significantly increased by 10. 78% and 14. 62% respectively in comparison with pure chemical fertilizer treatment. Conclusion: the vigorous growth period started 60 d after transplanted in karst region, 60-90 d after transplanted was the important period of accumulating fresh and dry matter; Increasing 30% organic nitrogen was beneficial for enhancing nitrogen content in early growth period and maintaining the middle term growth. The tobacco grew well in the whole growth period.
