摘　　要：为促进培育贵州山地现代农业经营主体提供参考,分析了贵州不同农业经营主体的发展现状、存在问题及培育新型农业经营主体面临的挑战,并围绕贵州当前的农业资源环境和社会经济约束条件,从政策扶持、人才培养、土地流转、规模经营、社会服务等方面提出新型农业经营主体培育的对策建议。The current situation, problems and challenges of agricultural management entities in Guizhou were analyzed to provide references for promoting the cultivation of agricultural management entities of the montanic modern agriculture in Guizhou. Under the constraint conditions of natural resources, environment, society and economy, Countermeasures were put forward in the following aspects： To strengthen the policies support for new entities, to perfect the system of cultivation of talents training, to improve the land circulation,scale operation and agricultural social service.
