摘　　要：运用文献资料法、田野调查法对篮球执教理念这一概念进行理论剖析,提出篮球执教理念构成的理论框架,并在此理论框架下,深入分析国家女篮主教练汤姆·马赫的执教理念。Using literature, field surveys and expert interviews, this article analyzes the concept of basketball coaching philosophy, and constitutes the framework proposed basketball coaching philosophy. In this framework, this article analyzes Tom Maher＇s basketball coaching philosophy for the development of China＇s basketball career to provide useful reference.
