摘  要:底部喷雾式流化床在颗粒制备工业过程中应用广泛,但是颗粒不均匀附聚现象仍然经常发生,甚至导致流化失效。监测喷雾流化床内中心筒两端差压,考察床料粒径、喷液量与床料质量比以及喷液速率对流化的影响,探究流化失效的发生规律。结果表明:增大床料粒径、减小喷液量与床料质量比、减小喷液速率,均有利于避免流化失效。中心筒差压波动方差分析表明,减小床料粒径、提高喷液速率,促进床内大颗粒团聚物形成,压力波动明显增大。Bottom-spray fluidized bed is widely used in granulation industry. But particle agglomeration often causes fluidization failure. In this paper, we measure pressure difference between center pipe ends in order to know the effect of bed material diameter, ratio of spray volume and bed material mass, spray rate on fluidization quality, which imply the law of agglomeration failure. It turns out that increasing bed material diameter and decreasing ratio of spray volume and bed material mass spray rate and spray rate can avoid fluidization failure. Analysis of pressure fluctuation variance indicated that decreasing bed material diameter and increasing spray rate promote the generation of large agglomeration, which increases pressure fluctuation.
