摘  要:以某电厂超临界无炉水循环泵机组为研究对象,对调试期间机组启动初期,屏式过热器管壁存在不同程度的超温现象进行了阐述,详细分析和研究了影响超温的主要原因,并提出了相应的控制措施,成功解决了超临界无炉水循环泵机组启动初期主汽温度难控制等问题,屏式过热器受热面管壁温度得到有效控制,希望对同类型机组启动主汽温度、壁温控制具有一定参考作用。In this paper, the overtemperature that a in supercritical unit without BCP is as the research object, describes different degree of platen superheater has appeared at initial stage of supercritical boiler start-up for unit commission. A detailed analysis and research for the reason causing overtemperature of platen superheater are explained, and gives the proved solution in terms of operation. Overtemperature problem are successfully solved at initial stage of supercritical unit start-up. The temperature of platen superheat heating surface has been effectively controlled, it provides useful reference for the heating surface temperature controlled in the same type units start-up.
