摘 要:数控转塔刀架作为数控机床关键的切削加载功能部件,其可靠性水平是确定数控机床可靠性的关键之一。阐述了当前数控转塔刀架的技术水平和国内市场现状。从可靠性数据统计与分析、系统可靠性、可靠性设计、可靠性试验、可靠性增长五个方面说明了当前数控转塔刀架可靠性研究现状。在肯定产品可靠性水平取得明显进展的基础上,分析指出现阶段研究工作中仍然存在的主要问题,并提出可供实施的解决思路。CNC turret is used for holding tools and directly machining workpieces. As a kind of key functional components, its reliability closely influences the reliability of CNC machine tools. A comprehensive review on the technical level and the domestic market of CNC turret is given in this paper. Also, discussions on the status of the reliability research is presented, including the failure statistics and analysis, the system reliability, the reliability design, the reliability testing and the reliability growth. Although the reliability of CNC turret products have positive progressed, the main problems in this field are still need to be specially presented. And then, the possible implementing solutions are provided.
