摘　　要：产业结构不断优化升级是工业化进程中的一般规律,合理的产业结构是促进经济持续增长的重要保证。作为近代北方工业中心的天津留下了大批工业遗产,造就了中西合璧、古今兼容的独特城市风貌,具有较高的历史文化与旅游价值,深入挖掘和整合开发工业遗产,是调整产业结构、转变经济增长方式的有效途径和重要载体,对进入工业化后期阶段的天津具有重要意义。The upgeading of industrial structure is a general role in the process of industrialization.Reasonable industrial structure is an important guarantee to promote economic growth. As the northern industrial center, Tianjin has a large number of industrial heritage.They have unique urban style and high cultural tourism value. Tianjin city develops industrial heritage vigorously which is the important cartier to adjust structure of industrial structure.And it is important to the indus realization of Tianjin.
