摘  要:超高摩尔质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维具有高取向、低缠结的结构特点,将其与高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)熔融共混,试图利用UHMWPE纤维低缠结的结构特点将其超长的聚乙烯分子链引入到HDPE中。利用偏光显微镜、差示扫描量热仪、流变实验证明有部分UHMPWE纤维的超长聚乙烯分子链被引入到HDPE基体中。并探究了熔融温度对超长分子链被引入到HDPE的影响,发现UHMWPE纤维在与HDPE密切接触的条件下熔融共混,纤维熔融时的温度越低,被引入到HDPE基体中的超长分子链越多。同时通过探究UHMWPE纤维在不同温度下熔融回缩的特点,进一步给出了UHMWPE纤维的超长分子链扩散进HDPE基体中机理。Low entanglements and high orientation are structure characteristics of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber. We tried to introduce UHMWPE chains into high-density polyethylene (HDPE) by melt blending UHMWPE fibers with HDPE. The results of polarized optical microscopy, differential scanning calorimeter and melt rheological test indicated that some ultra long chains of UHMWPE fiber were introduced into HDPE matrix. The effect of melting temperature on introducing ultra long chains into HDPE was also studied. It was found that when UHMWPE fiber closely contacted with molten HDPE, the lower the melting temperature was, the more UHMWPE chains were introduced into HDPE matrix. Meanwhile by investigating the feature of the shrinkage of UHMWPE fiber melted at different temperatures, the mechanism of UHMWPE chains being introduced into HDPE matrix was put forward.
