摘 要:采用二步合成法,通过改变乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷的含量,制备了一系列乙烯基聚硼硅氧烷阻燃剂(PB),将其与高密度聚乙烯熔融混炼制备聚硼硅氧烷接枝聚乙烯(PB-g-PE),并将该PB-g-PE应用于木塑复合材料(WPC)中进行阻燃改性研究。结果表明,乙烯基含量为33.3%的聚硼硅氧烷阻燃效果最佳,在木塑复合材料中添加8.4%该聚硼硅氧烷可使材料的极限氧指数(LOI)从20%提高到25.9%。聚硼硅氧烷提高了木塑复合材料的热稳定性,在热降解过程中促进了残炭的形成,使木塑复合材料在燃烧过程中的热、烟、一氧化碳、二氧化碳释放量降低,有效提高了WPC的阻燃性能,且WPC的阻燃性能随阻燃剂含量的增加而提高。聚硼硅氧烷使木塑复合材料的弯曲强度基本不变,冲击强度显著提高。Several polyborosiloxane (PB) flame retardants were synthesized through two-step synthesis reaction by changing the content of vinyhriethoxysilane. The polyborosiloxane grafted polyethylene (PB-g- PE) were prepared by melt mixing these polyborosiloxane with high-density polyethylene, these PB-g-PE samples were than added into the wood plastic composites (WPC) for the flame retardant property modification research. The results showed that, polyborosiloxane reached its best flame retardant effect with 33.3% ethylene. When the content of this polyborosiloxane was 8.4wt% in the WPC, the limited oxygen index of the WPC increased from 20% to 25.9%. The polyborosiloxane could improve the thermal stability of the WPC and promoted the formation of carbon residue during the thermal degradation process of the WPC. The vinyl polyborosiloxane reduced the emission of heat, smoke, CO and CO2 during the combustion of the WPC. It effectively improved the flame retardancy of the WPC, and the flame retardancy became better with the increase of the flame retardant content. The addting of polyborosiloxane improved the impact strength of the WPC and kept the flexural strength of the WPC as the same as it was.
