摘 要:目的:探讨品管圈活动在降低神经外科输液卡漏签名率中的作用,确保医疗安全,提高工作效率。方法:依照品管圈十大步骤:主题选定、活动计划拟定、现状把握、目标设定、解析、对策拟定、对策实施与检讨、效果确认、标准化、检讨及改进。以降低和杜绝输液卡漏签名的发生,确保医疗质量的安全。结果:1有形成果:输液卡漏签名率由对策实施前的2.86%降至0.30%,差异有统计学意义。2无形成果:和谐程度、积极性、责任感、沟通配合、愉悦感、凝聚力、解决问题的能力、品管圈手法8个方面得到显著提高。结论:开展品管圈活动,不仅降低了输液卡漏签名率,保证了医疗质量的安全,同时还提高了圈员的质量管理意识和团队精神。Objective:To investigate role of the quality control circles( QCC) in reducing rate of missing signature on the infu-sion card in of neurosurgery department,which aimed to ensure medical safe and improve working efficiency. Methods:The study was carried out to test whether conduct a QCC program which has ten steps( selected subject,activity planning,situation comprehension,goal setting,analysis,strategy formulation,strategy implementation and review,results confirmation,standardization,review and improvement) could help to reduce the rate of forgetting write signature on infusion card in order to ensure a high medical quality. Results:(1)Tangi-ble results:the rate of infusion card missing signature was significantly decreased from 2. 87% before QCC implement to 0. 31%. (2) Intangible results:eight QCC techniques which included harmonious degree,enthusiasm,sense of responsibility,communication and co-ordination,sense of pleasure, cohesion, the ability to solve problems were significantly improved. Conclusion:The implementation of QCC did help to reduce the rate of infusion card missing signature rate,ensure medical quality safety,and the sense of quality control and team spirit were improved as well.
