摘　　要：乳铁蛋白是长约80 k Da的糖基化蛋白,具有抗菌、抗病毒、免疫调节、促生长等功能。肠道屏障对机体健康有重要影响。文章从乳铁蛋白对仔猪肠道微生物的影响、抵御病原微生物的入侵、肠道结构的改善、肠道免疫的调节等方面介绍其对肠道屏障功能的影响。Lactoferrin is about 80 kDa glycosylated protein with anti-bacterial,anti-viral,immune regulation, growth and other functions.Intestinal barrier has an important impact on health of the body,the article describes the effects on intestinal barrier function from lactoferrin effects on intestinal microflora,improve bowel structure and other aspects of the regulation of intestinal immunity.From a competitive iron-binding,anti-oxidation and other aspects outlined its impact related to the mechanism of the intestinal barrier function.
