摘　　要：编辑的专业发展,强调编辑的终身学习和成长,强调编辑个体专业知识、能力和素养的综合提升。文化视域下以多视角、多维度的取向关注编辑专业发展,尤其是生态取向,注重创造一个可持续的稳定的编辑专业发展环境。编辑专业发展与编辑文化之间形成了相辅相成、共同发展的良性互动关系,建构有利于编辑专业发展的编辑文化,对促进出版事业的发展和社会文化的进步具有积极的意义。The professional development of editors requires the life-long study and growth, the development of their professional knowledge, ability and quality. Due attention must be paid to the sustainable and stable professional development environment for the editors from the multi-perspectives and multi-dimensions of culture, especially the ecological orientation. There is complementary and reciprocal interactive relation between the professional development and culture of editors. The editors culture is beneficial for the development of publishing and social culture.
