自制双孔钩针缝合腹腔镜穿刺孔

摘　　要：自制双孔钩针做皮下至腹膜的全层缝合,钩针尖端分别带有进线孔和出线槽,单根直针完成缝线的进入和钩出。2011年1月～2014年6月应用于480例腹腔镜胆囊切除、胆总管切开取石术,操作简单有效,无穿刺孔出血、感染,随访3～12个月,平均8个月,无穿刺孔疝。By using a self-made double-hole hook-like needle, a single-layer suture from subcutaneous tissues to the peritoneum was performed. At the head of the needle, there were a thread entrance hole and a outlet hole. Through the single straight needle, the suture line was made in and out. The needle was applied in 480 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and choledocholithotomy from January 2011 to June 2014. The operational performance was simple and effective. There was no puncture hole hemorrhage or infection. The follow-up visits were conducted for 3 - 12 months, with an average of 8 months. There was no puncture hole hernia.
