摘 要:为合理确定长钻孔爆破松动半径范围,以安泰煤矿三采区坚硬煤体为对象,建立了长钻孔松动爆破计算模型,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元程序,模拟了单个爆破孔及爆破孔在有控制孔作用下应力波的传播过程及爆生气体驱动裂纹的扩展过程。结果表明:控制孔有利于爆破裂纹扩展及裂隙区增大,且在爆破过程中起到了应力集中和应力导向的作用;确定了该试验煤层实施长钻孔爆破后的有效松动半径为2~2.5 m。In order to determine the range of the loosening radius of long-drilling basting,taking the hard coal seam of the third mining area of Antai coal mine as the research example,the calculation model of the long-drilling loose blasting is established.The propagation process of the stress wave and the growth process of the gas-driven crack under the condition of the single blast hole and the blast hole of the con-trolled holes are simulated based on ANSYS /LS-DYNA finite element program.The research results show that control holes are beneficial to the extension of blasting crack extension and crack area increases,dur-ing the blasting process,the control holes play the role of the stress concentration and stress guidance, the effective range of the blasting loose radius of long-drilling of the test coal seam is 2 ~2.5 m.
