摘 要:紫金山某含金铜矿石主要有价元素为铜,其含量为0.29%,铜主要以硫化铜形式存在,分布率为80.26%。研究了高压辊终粉磨技术对该矿石浮选特性的影响,结果表明:原矿经高压辊终粉磨细至-74μm占75%时,以Ca O为抑制剂、丁铵黑药为捕收剂、2#油为起泡剂经1粗1精3扫浮选,可获得铜品位为18.46%、回收率为84.15%,金品位为4.91 g/t、回收率为76.06%的铜精矿。与采用常规碎磨工艺磨细至-74μm占75%进行闭路浮选试验相比,采用高压辊终粉磨技术获得的铜精矿铜品位降低了0.33个百分点、铜回收率提高了5.61个百分点。高压辊终粉磨技术具有流程配置简单、生产成本低、能耗低等优点。Main valuable elements of a copper ore containing gold in Zijinshan is copper,with con-tents of 0.29%.Copper mainly exists in form of copper sulfide,with distribution rate of 80.26%. Effects of flotation final high pressure grinding rolls technology on the flotation characteristics of the ore were investigated.The results indicated that:products at fineness of 75% passing 74 μm by final high pressure grinding rolls,and then using CaO as inhibitor,ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate as collector, 2 #oil as frother in copper flotation,through one roughing-one cleaning-three scavenging flotation process, copper concentrate with copper grade of 18.46% and recovery of 84.15%,gold grade of 4.91 g/t and recovery of 76.06% is obtained.Compared with grinding at 75% passing 74 μm by conventional commi-nution process,and then endure closed circuit flotation process,copper grade decreased by 0.33 percent-age points,copper recovery increased by 5.61 percentage points.Final high pressure grinding rolls tech-nology has advantages of simple process configuration,low production cost,low energy consumption etc.
