摘  要:目的了解重症监护病房(ICU)病床单元高频接触物表污染状况,探讨荧光标记法用于评价与提高环境清洁质量的可行性。方法 2014年7-10月在ICU使用荧光标记法观察高频接触物表面是否清洁到位,并用ATP生物荧光法检测清洁质量,针对检测结果采取干预措施,改善环境清洁质量。结果干预前ICU环境清洁质量检测结果令人堪忧,清洁后ICU床单元高频接触物表面不到一半的荧光标记被清除,ATP相对发光值严重超标,多达4 650 RLU/cm2,不合格率达61.43%。干预后第3个月92.06%的荧光标记在清洁时被清除,清洁后的物表ATP相对发光值不合格下降到9.52%,与干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论荧光标记法不但能快速、简便、客观地对环境清洁质量进行评估,更能很好地提高ICU高频接触物表面的清洁质量。Objective To understand the contamination status of high frequency contact surface in intensive care unit (ICU), and explore the feasibility of fluorescent marker method in evaluating and improving cleaning of the environment in ICU. Methods During July-October 2014, cleanness of high frequency contact surface in ICU was measured by fluorescent marker method ; ATP bioluminescenee method was used to evaluate the cleanness of high frequency contact surface. According to the evaluation results, adopted the intervention measure to improve cleaning of the environment in ICU. Results Before the intervention, the testing result was less satisfactory. Less than 50% fluorescent marks were cleared and RLU (Relative Light Unit) of high frequency contact surface had been excessive by 4 650 RLU/cm^2 with 61.43% defective ratios. After taking the intervention measure for 3 months, 92.06% of the fluorescent marks were cleared and the unqualified ratio of RLU had been decreased to 9.52%. The difference between before and after the interventions was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Fluorescent marker method can evaluate the cleanness of the environment in a quick, simple and objective way, and greatly help to improve cleaning of the environment in ICU.
