浅谈新疆师范大学散打课教学效果的影响因素及对策

摘　　要：文章在分析目前新疆师范大学散打课教学现状的基础之上,认为影响散打课教学效果的主要因素有:散打课教学场地与硬件设施不完善;教师老龄化与技术水平不高;课程设置不合理;教学内容不完整;管理部门不重视。据此提出对策:加强散打课硬件设施建设;调整师资队伍结构与增加培训机会;合理设置散打课程;丰富散打课教学内容;提高管理部门的重视程度。Based on the analysis of the present situation of teaching effect of Sanda course in Xinjiang Normal University, this thesis puts forward that the main factors in teaching effect of Sanda course are as the following： imperfect field and facilities; aging teachers and low technical level; unreasonable curriculum; incomplete teaching content; neglect of management. Countermeasures are put forward based on this： to strengthen facilities construction; adjust the structure of teaching staff and increase training opportunities; set up reasonable Sanda course; enrich Sanda course teaching content; to improve the management emphasis.
