摘　　要：通过生物技术产业的典型案例分析接力创新的选择机理,研究发现,接力创新是一个＂创新模式-合作伙伴-接力方式-吸收策略＂的动态选择过程,不同阶段均要受到企业内外部多种因素的影响,在此基础上构建了接力创新选择的多阶段模型。中国企业运用接力创新,要特别重视分析外部创新资源的供给和约束,判断能否吸收和整合合作伙伴的技术能力,以及不同接力方式的技术经济特性等因素。This study explores the selection mechanism in relay innovations of enterprises through typical case studies. The research has revealed that how the enterprises select the relay innovation is a dynamic process, sequentially consisting of innovation pattern selection, relay cooperative partner selection, relay pattern selection and absorbing strategy selection. The different stages in the process are influenced by different factors from both the internal and the external of the enterprise. Based on these, the three stage model is structured. When the enterprises in China apply the relay innovation, the analysis of supplies and the constraints of extemal innovation resources should be stressed. Whether to absorb or integrate the technical competence of relay partners should be carefully estimated. The technologic, economic characteristic and other factors in different relay innovation patterns should be detected as well.
